The objective of this trick is to quickly flip the front chip in a stack to the back of the stack.

1. Start by holding 3 to 5 poker chips in one hand with your fingers spread around the chips. You should spread your fingers enough that you have a firm grip on the chips. The index and ring fingers should apply the pressure while the pinky and middle fingers stop the chips from moving side to side.
2. Place your thumb on the front chip near your pinky. Roll the chip up while holding it between your thumb and index finger.
3. When the chip is about 2/3s over the other chips, pull back and down with your thumb. The chip should snap to the back of the chip stack. This step is where your grip is important. If you do not apply enough pressure with your index and ring fingers, the chips will turn in your hand.
4. Repeat with the chip that is now in the front of the stack.

   Again this trick takes practice, but will become second nature. Once you are comfortable with 3 chips keep increasing the number 1 at a time.
